3D Property Management Inc , Has an immediate job opening for a Senior Property Manager.​ Focused on their values and vision to be the apartment leader in the market, this company is seeking an experienced leader for their Saint John NB office.​

As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the day to day operations of a large residential portfolio.​ Some of your duties will include leading and managing the performance and success of the properties, overseeing hiring, training and career development of staff, managing site staff, contractors and administrators,, and being accountable for budgeting, and job costing for the properties.​

To qualify for this role, the applicant should have significant experience within residential property management, as well as have a post-secondary education within business and/​or real estate.​ It is required that you have very strong financial, administrative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate professionally with tenants, clients and senior level staff.​
